Job Description

Account Service Representative- Palm Desert, CA

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Sales Professional in everyday duties, including picture days, managing account services, customer service, and developing school relationships. Will also be the bridge between the yearbook and photo accounts, strengthening the "whole program" relationship.

Responsibilities:

Managing Account Services

  • Handles the scheduling of Sports Dates if not on the calendar, and completes work orders.
  • Contributes to the designing and ordering of IDs for schools.
  • Daily pick up and drop offs of service items, print shop items, and other items needed by the schools. Average 5-6 daily.
  • Builds great relationships with administration, office staff, yearbook staff and district personnel.

Picture Day Visits

  • Starts the day at a TLC picture day.
  • Helps out with organizing and getting the photo team ready for the day. Reassures the principal and office staff of the game plan and reviews day with main contact.
  • Is flexible to photo emergencies and schedule changes.

Customer Service

  • The TLC Schools use the Sales Account Specialist's cell phone number for customer service.
  • Handles customer service reorders - missing packages, wrong packages, refunding teachers and volunteers. Average 50 reorders/refunds per week.
  • Updates portal corrections, and notifies schools/districts of corrections.
  • Makes ID corrections for wrong ID #s, Names etc, and sends to office print.
  • Orders Services that are added or missed on jobs
  • Handles change forms relating to picture day changes, and sports change forms.
  • Assists with Parent Notify uploads when needed
  • Handles Group Corrections
  • Requests Commission Checks

Yearbook Support

  • Ordering Yearbook Kits for back to school.
  • Order/Ship Service items such as Curriculums
  • Completes Notice of Exception (NOE) - late deadlines, special requests, signing bonus
  • Yearbook Tracker Coordination - Bridge between Group/Sports/Club Photos
  • Uploading of the images to Lifetouch yearbook website. ****Would like for her not to do this.Can you we a time consuming.
  • Assists with Parent Notify date and job number corrections
  • TLC accounts - Printing and sending Portrait Library Proofs to Principals and advisers.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Represent Lifetouch in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all Company and territory policies and displays confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations.
  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and training

Experience

  • Entry level 0 - 2 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
