Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administers performance reviews, annual merit process and bonus programs using company systems.
  • Maintains job descriptions, job codes, and pay structures.
  • Provides job offer consultations to recruiters to ensure equity and competitiveness.
  • Creates offer letters and processes updates systems
  • Works closely with the HRIS and Payroll teams to upload employee, job code, and structure changes as well as bonus and incentive payouts.
  • Completes regular compensation audits and reports.
  • Completes job evaluations and internal equity reviews.
  • Researches situations as they arise related to aspects of compensation to provide clarity for resolution in consideration of contract provisions, historical practices, and similar situations.
  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assists with the day-to-day administration of sales incentive programs, to include the quarterly payout process, reporting changes within the programs, program documentation and communication, data audits, and working with HR managers to ensure proper employee participation.
  • Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resources metrics reports.
  • Assists HR managers and other managers with compensation-related issues and is a back-up resource.


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience


  • Up to 2 years preferred

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities)

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency required (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Self-starter with detail orientation; persistence and ability to work independently to drive execution
