Job Description


  • Oversee the development and implementation of direct marketing programs to increase customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Continually improve knowledge of customer demographics, buying habits, and preferences.
  • Develop and direct Omni-Channel marketing strategies that are targeted, relevant and timely across the entire customer experience.
  • Provide leadership and executional oversight in development of annual program Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Define and manage campaign strategy. Lead implementation of campaigns, A/B testing, segmentation and personalization activities to improve performance and improve the customer journey across all product lines.
  • Analyze campaign and online performance to ensure business targets are met.
  • Manage Lifetouch brand strategy from definition to execution; ensure deliverables, timeline and budgets are met.
  • Ensure all digital marketing deliverables align with key objectives and with traditional marketing efforts to drive brand equity.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, e-business, marketing communications, other departmental managers and cross-functional team members in order to drive Lifetouch Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Manage and develop assigned marketing team, including 2 direct reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors, suppliers and partners as necessary.


Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business degree required. MBA preferred.


  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing
  • 2- 3 years experience leading and managing teams
  • 2- 3 years experience leading email optimization test plans
  • Proven success driving strategy and leading digital initiatives.
  • Experience working in a multi-level distribute environment a plus, including B2B2C
  • Experience with Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • Solid understanding of B2C marketing communication and brand strategies
  • Proven success creating and leading omni-channel communication strategy and implementation plan
  • Must possess a solid understanding of online technologies and best practices.
  • Customer journey and persona development experience
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions: Google Adwords, Facebook custom audiences, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manages multiple priorities and thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • Innovative, strategic thinker.
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills
  • Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics tracking management experience a plus
  • Experience with financial budgeting, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to travel 10%
