Job Summary

Support the Yearbook Sales Leadership Team and field in executing the Yearbook Sales Strategy. Support the execution of all logistics related to Yearbook training initiatives. Create and execute Yearbook Sales incentives. Partners on the development and execution of Yearbook Seasonal Readiness Training tools and resources for the field. Provide administrative support for Yearbook processes. Provide needed reporting tools for home office and the field. Support other sales initiatives and programs as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Support the planning and execution of all logistics related to Yearbook Training and other events. Manage expenses related to these events.
    • Sales Rallies
    • Summer Sales meeting Support
    • Yearbook 101 Sales Training
    • Yearbook 201 Sales Training
    • Service for Value Training
    • JEA and other Yearbook Conventions
    • Other sales training/event support as needed.
  • Lead the design, development and execution of Yearbook reward and recognition incentives.
    • Partner with internal communications to develop communication plan for yearbook sales incentives.
    • Comply with tax requirements and tracking procedures
    • Monitor and report on Sales Pro progress to incentive goals
    • Execute the fulfillment of prizes and awards.
  • Partner on the development and execution of Yearbook Sales Professional Season Readiness, systems and sales process training tools and resources.
  • Support Yearbook Operations Administrative Processes. Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement:
    • Commission Guarantees
    • Flash/Match Report
    • Annual Yearbook Data Clean-up
  • Reporting
    • Partner with BI Team to support the development of Qlikview applications and reporting processes.
    • Monitor Yearbook seasonal readiness key dates and ensure compliance.
    • Provide other reporting tools as needed.
  • Act as Yearbook Sales Support subject matter expert and resource for the field and home office:
    • Esales Agreements/Work Orders
    • Yearbook Pricing Tool
    • YBPay
    • Yearbook Parent Notify
    • Yearbook Creation Tool


  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in business, related field or equivalent work experience preferred


  • 2 or more years related experience preferred
  • Experience working with a large, decentralized organization preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience managing expense budgets
