Job Description

Lifetouch is seeking a service-oriented HR Coordinator to join the HR team at their headquarters in Eden Prairie! The selected individual will assist with a wide array of HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provides nonexempt, mid-level administrative and data support to the business partner function.

  • Supports the business partner function
  • Handles human resource inquiries and maintains confidentiality of information
  • Uses and maintains various HRIS programs, databases and electronic files
  • Partners with other HR professionals to streamline and enhance compliance-related efforts
  • Provides exceptional customer service to field employees 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned


  • Completion of vocational/technical training program or equivalent experience


  • Minimum of two years of Human Resources or administrative experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with data entry, HRIS system experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply systemic thinking, problem solving  and data analysis skills is desired
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and periods of high work volume
  • Must be positive, adaptable and resilient in nature
