We are seeking college graduates with up to 2 years of business experience to join our professional career development program and learn our business from the inside out. As a member of our customized, year-long development program, you will work alongside a local Territory Manager and complete rotational training in sales, photography, and operations.

Through stretch assignments and work in neighboring territories, you will enhance your leadership skills and business acumen . Successful performance will result in opportunities to apply for promotion and relocation (assistance provided) to one of our many nation-wide locations. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Participate in a dynamic training program with a rotation of learning sales, photography and business leadership
  • Prospect for new business
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations
  • Deliver quality photography and customer service
  • Drive top line sales and identify operational efficiencies to maximize bottom line profits
  • Work with the management team to plan and direct the work of the territory schedule
  • Act as a positive role model in the territory organization; work effectively with others
  • Participate in weekly and quarterly reviews with your Territory Manager and other company leadership; complete weekly reports and assignments in an effective and timely manner
  • Create a comprehensive individual development plan to further develop competencies critical to success

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, management or related field required
  • Previous business-related internship experience, or one to two years of sales/operations work experience. Examples of relevant sales/operations experience may include, but are not limited to: Call center employment, door-to-door selling, retail sales, fundraising, project management, etc.
  • Management/supervisory/leadership experience. Examples of leadership experience may include, but are not limited to: Managing a team in a retail environment, holding a leadership position within a college club or organization, captain on a sports team, etc.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and understand the fiscal responsibilities of managing a business
  • Ability to pass a strict driving record check (in accordance with Lifetouch guidelines) and travel up to 30%
  • Ability to pass a background check with successful results (in accordance with Lifetouch guidelines)
  • Willingness to relocate within USA for career opportunities within 12+ months
