Lifetouch has a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated National Sales Executive-Yearbook to join our sales organization as a key leader and driver for growing our yearbook business. Reporting to our National Sales Manager-Yearbook, this individual will leverage their scholastic journalism knowledge to elevate our sales field, guide the enhancement of our current offering and drive yearbook growth. What we look for in a National Sales Executive-Yearbook:

  • Strategic and visionary with a proven track record of defining new business development strategies and executing those strategies to assist in gaining market share in Yearbooks
  • Attend National Journalism Conventions and Partnership Events
  • Deliver Yearbook Growth Strategy at Regional Rallies and Summer Sales Rallies
  • Collaborate with National Sales Manager to develop national yearbook strategy
  • Assist in Hiring and onboarding of Secondary Sales Representatives
  • Support development and execution of yearbook workshops within region
  • Collaborate with National Sales Manager- Yearbook and Marketing team
  • Partner with L&D to Elevate, Develop and Execute yearbook sales training curriculum
  • Attend and assist in leading Sales Trainings as needed
  • Support RDS/RDO team with pricing and account execution strategies
  • Partner with National Educational Creative Consultant
  • Attend Regional Sales calls upon request
  • Creation and execution of yearbook onboarding
  • Motivated and energized every day by qualifying and calling on new prospects
  • Strong relationship builder with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop sales talent in full life cycle solutions selling
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, quota driven environment

  • Regional and Territory Strategy Creation - develop and oversee execution
  • Focus on Sales growth initiatives and Strategies in the Yearbook space
  • Work with field leaders on efficient service strategies
  • Enhance yearbook knowledge at National, Regional and Territory level
  • Lead. train and collaborate closely with sales leaders, sales teams and other key stakeholders
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to sales professionals in the assigned geographical region

Minimum Qualifications To Be Considered

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Strategic Planning in implementing, managing and executing business development plans
  • Results-focused with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving growth
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
  • Valid driver’s license as well as reliable, insured and registered transportation. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with state law
  • Ability to travel via car and air up to 50% of the time within the assigned geographical region
