The Operations Lead assists the Operations Manager with leading territory pre and post picture day processes. This position als performs general administrative duties including: shipping and receiving jobs to the lab, general customer service, and sales support as well as photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Primary Duties / Reponsibilities

  • Assists the Operations Manager with leading Territory operations functions including pre and post picture day processes (Flyers, EDT, job bag assembly, post job bag processing, etc).
  • Handles technical issues from accounts and provides timely feedback to appropriate sales professional to ensure account satisfaction.
  • Provides office support necessary for territory office including answering phones, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, opening and distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answers telephone and greets visitors, ascertains the nature of business, and provides information and/or routes call to appropriate employee(s).
  • Assist in lab delay research.
  • Maintains confidentiality of school/student related information.
  • Demonstrates care and concern for workplace safety and health by promoting and modeling all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Ensures compliance with all Company policies within the Territory.
    Other duties as assigned.
  • Represents Lifetouch in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all Company and area policies and displays confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations.

Minimum General Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant post-secondary coursework.
  • Proven computer skills including using the Google platform (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) as well as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom experience. Computer hardware and software installation and repair experience a plus.
  • Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal patiently with problems or complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or angry customers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Lifetouch field experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to work extended overtime hours during our peak seasons (Fall & Spring).
