Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated, achievement-oriented individual to join our Lifetouch Preschool Portraits team as an Outside Sales Representative.

What Our Outside Sales Representatives Do Every Day:

  • Establishes new accounts in the assigned area by calling on and visiting all prospective customers (15-20 visits per day) and introducing new photography products and packages
  • Maintains and updates Salesforce
  • Promotes all Lifetouch area product lines to preschool center directors and decision makers; ensures new customers receive a consistent, positive message from Lifetouch
  • Analyzes assigned sales area and identifies opportunities/challenges related to personal and team sales goals
  • Maintains existing business by visiting key accounts to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Ensures efficient scheduling of centers according to company guidelines
  • Represents the company at trade association meetings and conventions to promote our products.
  • Attends regularly scheduled area sales meetings and participates in company-sponsored meetings to review sales performance, product development, sales goals, and profitability

Minimum Qualifications To Be Considered

  • Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred; a minimum of 3-5 years of proven outside sales experience
  • Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs
  • Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license as well as reliable, insured and registered transportation. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with state law
  • Ability to occasionally travel overnight to attend training and/or meetings
  • Must be bilingual, English and Spanish speaking
