Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as subject-matter-expert on picture-day execution as it relates to new program testing, training and deployment to the field for all business lines.  This position requires a high level of collaboration across multiple functional areas including Production, Production IT and Photography.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Works closely with cross-functional teams on photography tests and training.  
  • Assesses test results, recommending modifications to ensure photography processes can be successfully implemented and repeated across a large, decentralized field base.
  • Gathers field feedback on picture-day processes and makes recommendations on improvement opportunities.
  • Assists with the development and execution of picture-day strategies.
  • Reviews customer service and picture day report card scores, escalating potential issues as they arise.  
  • Reviews PhotoShare on a weekly basis to monitor photo quality.
  • Partners with field, communications and photo development to develop field tools and resources to improve photography culture and photographer experience, including recognition, contests, communication tools, etc.
  • Develops tools and resources to ensure photographers can successfully execute peak seasons.
  • Monitors and actively participates on the Photography Community.
  • Assists with photography related projects, playing an active role on project teams
  • Reviews and provides feedback on photography training materials.
  • Collaborates effectively with the Photography Department to ensure seasonal readiness.
  • Keeps picture-day resources up to date and organized.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred


  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Experience working with a large, decentralized organization preferred
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies desired
