Our internship program provides a challenging and rewarding on-the-job experience in a highly collaborative work environment. 


  • Employ technical writing and creative skills to build online training documents and learning content for field employees using computer programs.
  • Develop and update photography training support materials with the guidance of operations and training professionals.
  • Assist with preparation for annual photography training meeting.
  • Support contest and recognition programs.
  • Conduct testing and trial runs of photography quality improvement initiatives and support the photography operations organization.
  • Work with photography operations and training professionals at all levels to gain direct and relevant knowledge or experience in the following areas:  Photography Operations and Support, Event Planning, Driving Photography Quality Improvement, Training, General Business Knowledge and Personal/Professional Development Skills.
  • Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter, create a presentation using various media and present to business leadership teams.  Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor.
  • Write or contribute to LNSS business communication in the Weekly Focus, Google Community and other vehicles.


  • Junior or senior student in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program; must be enrolled in a related field of study (Industrial Psychology, Business, Project Management, Mass Communications etc)
  • Effective information processing & comprehension abilities
  • Creative visualization, critical thinking, strategic reasoning skills
  • Ability to collaborate and perform as a member of a team
  • Time-management skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentation)
  • Experience with Microsoft programs; familiarity with Google-based systems is a plus
  • Proficient and active in social media channels; ability to interact in the space immediately
  • Previous internship experience preferred
