Lifetouch Inc., the world's largest employee-owned photography company is seeking outgoing & responsible individuals, with strong communication skills, to join our Equipment Systems Support Team as Picture Day Equipment Customer Support at our facility in Burnsville, MN.

 

Job Description

Customer Support will provide excellent customer service to our Lifetouch National School Studios (LNSS) field personnel. Will also work to resolve problems, audit quality, and work with support & production areas on minimizing errors in equipment shipments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support over phone/email with internal customers about Lifetouch photo equipment (LNSS field personnel).
  • Ensure reliable customer service that will result in territories being accurately serviced.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, exchanges.
  • Call territories for general quality checks.
  • Conduct territory inquiries on missing equipment
  • Work with other support and production areas to minimize errors in tracking and shipping of equipment.
  • Stay current on updates to Lifetouch programs and equipment.
  • Preferred knowledge of Lifetouch equipment such as LDx and X1 equipment, Cables, Sport systems, and Lighting equipment as well as other miscellaneous equipment supported by Equipment and Systems Support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma.

 

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • Preferred Lifetouch photography experience.
  • Minimum of one year experience of working in customer service field.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Help Desk environments with skills in Problem Solving, Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Quality Focus and PC Proficiency with database and spread sheet programs.
  • Able to work unusual hours at short notice, including overtime.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
