Job Description

Provides nonexempt, high-level administrative support to the production processes function.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs high-level leadership support for the production processes function, primarily in the area of enhancing photographic images
  • Facilitates the effective operations of the department by assigning tasks to staff in accordance with supervisor's instructions
  • Assists in running the department in the absence of the supervisor
  • Assists in training of staff and providing performance feedback as required
  • Works departmental reports to ensure job priorities are being met
  • Assists in updating SOP's - and communicating changes - to the staff

 Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned


  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required


  • STRONG computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and PHOTOSHOP, required.  MUST be proficient in the use of PHOTOSHOP tools and processes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work ALL necessary hours as scheduled by Supervisor
  • MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work either 1st or 2nd shift
  • At least one year's experience leading and coaching employees
  • Previous experience and understanding of production procedures and equipment necessary to provide leadership, ensuring effective movement of product through the department and to facilitate the effective front-line operation
  • Knowledge of safe working habits
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to establish, and maintain, positive principal working relationships
  • Demonstrates support of company goals in speech and action
  • Works cooperatively with others
  • Respectfully communicates with other employees and the management team 
  • Can read, write, and speak English effectively
