Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing creative schedules, tracking progress and adjusting work schedules in order to meet production deadlines for all projects submitted to the Marketing Communications Department. This role involves collaborating with our business segments, supply chain, and outside vendors to meet project production deadline. Manages a number of projects through the design process.   

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the design and production schedules for marketing, communication and sales support materials requested by the business lines.
  • Manage capacity of design resources to ensure all production deadlines can be met.
  • Identify and implement processes and project plans to gain cost efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain on fulfillment of creative pieces developed by the marketing team
  • Manage multiple design and production projects including routing, gathering and summarizing feedback, determining appropriate changes and communicating revisions.
  • Communicate project changes and/or schedule shifts to appropriate marketing segments.
  • Support photo shoots including scheduling models, photographers, and stylists, helping with wardrobe, and preparing studio location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Two or four-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years with marketing experience
