  • Work with a mentor and professionals across the organization to gain direct and relevant experience in the following areas: Project management, systems/operations, employee training
  • Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter; present work before leadership teams. Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor.
  • Participate in ongoing department initiatives
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development through participation in educational workshops and other educational opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations leadership, subject matter experts and Leadership & Development to assess, design and develop training
  • Provide project management assistance related to new system roll-outs impacting the LNSS field organization and service centers; employ superior organization skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in a related field of study at an accredited educational institution
  • Effective information processing & comprehension abilities
  • Creative visualization, critical thinking, strategic reasoning skills
  • Ability to collaborate and perform as a member of a team
  • Capacity to learn quickly, effectively manage time and work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to development of superior communication skills (written, interpersonal and presentation)
  • Experience with Microsoft programs; familiarity with Google-based systems is a plus
  • Proficient and active in social media channels; ability to interact in the space immediately
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Exceptional service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to problem solve, learn quickly and confidently shape the direction of a project
