Job Description

Corporate Risk Management:

  • Leads data gathering and analysis for insurance renewals
  • Supports insurance renewal process, including review of limits, retentions and policy coverage
  • Completes monthly and quarterly casualty claim reporting and analysis. Helps present analysis and recommendations to leadership across the organization.
  • Partners with Claims and Safety teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce losses
  • Provides data needed for actuarial reviews and support insurance loss reserve analysis
  • Supports budgeting and forecasting for Risk Management
    • Manages daily Risk Management activities to support the organization including the certificate of insurance request process, premium payments, policy documentation, and communication and education to partners regarding insurance coverage and related documentation.
    • Performs financial analysis of claim payments and losses
    • Helps respond to auditor requests; maintains appropriate documentation and controls
  • Leads corporate Risk Management initiatives and analysis as needed.


Corporate Treasury:

  • Provides backup support for Treasury Management function including daily cash forecasting, bank system administration and user support, facilitating wire, ACH and foreign currency transactions, management of bank accounts, account services, signers, and controls.

  • Leads special projects and analysis as needed to increase efficiency, improve decision making, or reduce costs.



  • Bachelor’s Degree with Risk Management or Finance concentration or equivalent experience



  • 5-8 years Risk Management experience
  • Financial and analytical experience preferred
  • Treasury Management experience preferred


Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Insurance
  • Experience with casualty claim data and RMIS systems
  • Independent, self-motivated and highly accountable
  • Able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process, system or other changes and successfully implementing these changes
  • Experience administering online bank portal systems (preferred, but not required)
