Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support to all assigned accounts by:

    • Building relationships with current accounts through regularly scheduled service calls and portrait day visits.
    • Acting as the point of contact and providing quality product, program, and service information to accounts in a timely manner.
    • Interviewing decision-maker after Picture Day to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement (where applicable).
    • Estimating delivery date of products to accounts based on production and delivery schedule and communicating dates and timelines to accounts.
    • Providing service support to accounts as directed, including delivery of service items and portraits.
  • Provide sales support by:
    • Providing sales representatives account information in a timely manner to ensure account files are accurate and current.
    • Assisting with data collection from accounts as required (e.g. EDT).
    • Maintaining and updating current product and services knowledge.
    • Attending regularly scheduled sales meeting.
  • May also provide sales support by:
    • Rebooking business in assigned accounts on Picture Day or shortly after
    • Working with sales representatives to leveraging existing relationships to sell deeper within an account.
  • Demonstrate care and concern for the safety and health of self and others by following all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Represents Lifetouch in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all Company and territory policies and displays confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations.
  • Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.

Minimum General Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred; proven sales and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Results focused

  • Strong problem-solving skills
