Job Description

Lifetouch National School Studios is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Recruiter to partner with the Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership Teams to recruit and provide support to fill sales roles across the US. This is a temp role with an expected duration of 3 months initially.

  • Evaluate, track and monitor acquisition and retention activities against identified metrics
  • Talent Brand Ambassador for Lifetouch. Ensuring that all interactions with candidates and hiring teams are positive and represent the core values of Lifetouch
  • Assist with managing third party talent acquisition relationships for positions in scope
  • Maintain status reports and geographic progress reports
  • Provide ongoing feedback
  • Participate in the development and communication of identified talent acquisition and retention programs such as online sourcing and applicant tracking systems, talent assessment administration and tools, interviewing tools and training, advertising programs and other processes that enhance the organizational capability to attract, hire and retain top talent
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR management to develop recruiting programs, policies, processes and tools- Recommend ongoing development and enhancement to existing programs
  • Ensure appropriate talent acquisition budget and invoicing of expenses is adhered to
  • Provide counsel and guidance to hiring managers during talent acquisition and workforce planning processes
  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business or related field preferred.                                                           


  • 5-8 years performing increasingly complex and broadly defined roles, specifically talent acquisition. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles-  national sales roles recruiting preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of broad human resources functional areas including strong knowledge of federal and state employment law
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills that effectively direct, motivate, delegate and influence all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Computer skills, including experience using Google, Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
