Job Description

This position is responsible for the financial reporting, planning, and analysis for Lifetouch Inc., a Shutterfly Inc. company. 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Senior Director FP&A and Manager FP&A with overall company financial budgeting and planning processes.
  • Assists in the coordination, consolidation, financial reporting and analysis of three-year financial plan, operating budget and quarterly forecast reporting.
  • Prepares monthly reporting, outlooks and weekly metric reporting of key business trends.
  • Provides trend and variance analytics on actuals and forecasts to clearly communicate results.
  • Builds complex financial models to support reporting and analytics.
  • Supports monthly and quarterly reporting requirements using Hyperion to consolidate with parent company and run detailed analysis.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and teams on reporting requirements and provides quality control for analysis across divisions.
  • Prepares forecasts for medical and workers compensation costs used for managing the company’s financial reserves.
  • Makes contributions to the team and business leaders and serve as key resource to others.
  • Designs, develops and maintains dynamic financial reporting tools to increase accuracy and improve efficiencies.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and efficiencies.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CPA, CFA or CMA preferred


  • 5-8 years of performing increasingly complex accounting and financial analysis
