Since the inception of the Lifetouch Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a gift to employees from cofounder Bruce Reinecker in 1977, Lifetouch has paid out over $1.7 billion to employees, just like you.

  • Historically, nearly 25% of wages are contributed annually
  • Employees are not required to make contributions
  • Retirement plan funded completely by Lifetouch
  • Eligibility requirement - 700 hours per year and employed within the United States
